Terms of service

The rules of using LeadSafe. Last updated .

These terms set out the agreement between you and LeadSafe. Plain English where we can manage it; the bits that have to be exact are exact. If anything’s unclear, email go@leadsafe.io before you sign up — we’ll talk it through.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By signing up for LeadSafe or using the service, you’re agreeing to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you’re signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorised to bind that business to these terms.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for everything that happens under your account. If you spot anything suspicious — a sign-in you don’t recognise, an action you didn’t take — email us immediately.

Keep your business details up to date. We use the email on your account to send service notifications, security alerts, and the invoices our payment processor issues on our behalf.

3. Your content

You own the leads, customer details, call recordings, transcripts, and any other content that flows through LeadSafe on your behalf. We don’t use it to train AI models. We don’t sell it. We don’t share it with anyone except the third parties listed on our sub-processors page — and only to the extent they need access to deliver the bit of the service they handle.

You grant us a limited licence to host, route, and process this content for the purpose of running LeadSafe for you. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

4. How we run the service

We aim for high availability but can’t guarantee 100% uptime — no SaaS can. We’ll let you know about planned maintenance windows in advance. For unplanned incidents, we publish status updates and fix things as fast as we can.

LeadSafe relies on third-party services for calendar booking, voice agents, email and SMS delivery, billing, and language model inference. If one of them has an outage or changes their API in a breaking way, parts of LeadSafe may stop working until we adapt. We’re not responsible for the availability or behaviour of those third parties — just for responding sensibly when they break.

We may add features, change features, or remove features as the product evolves. For changes that materially affect what you pay for, we’ll email you in advance.

5. Payment and cancellation

Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor. Prices are listed on our pricing page.

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We don’t pro-rate refunds for partial periods.

When you cancel, we delete your data within 90 days, except for billing records we’re required to retain for tax purposes. See the retention section of the privacy policy for details.

If we change our prices, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then if you don’t want to continue at the new price.

6. What you can’t do

Don’t use LeadSafe to:

If we find you breaking these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account.

7. Disclaimers and limits on liability

LeadSafe is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond the description on our marketing pages and these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, plus any sum we have a statutory obligation to pay (for example, in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill — even if we knew they were possible.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that can’t lawfully be limited or excluded.

8. Termination

You can close your LeadSafe account any time from your settings, or by emailing go@leadsafe.io.

We may suspend or close your account on reasonable notice. We may do so immediately if you materially breach these terms (for example, the acceptable-use rules above) or if continuing to provide the service would put us in breach of the law.

If your account closes — whoever initiated it — your data is deleted within 90 days, except for the billing records we’re required to keep.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. For material changes — anything that affects your rights or what you pay — we’ll email you before they take effect.

If you don’t agree with a change, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

10. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before anyone reaches for a court, please email us at go@leadsafe.io. Most disagreements end in a conversation. We’d rather have the conversation.
